Discreet CCTV systems
Our discreet cameras are a good fit wherever normal cameras would be intrusive or too obvious. They come cleverly disguised in units you’d expect to find in most businesses, indoors and out, in monochrome or colour, with audio if required.
Used creatively, discreet cameras can greatly increase your deterrent:
- Use a dummy camera as a decoy, with the real camera disguised nearby, for example as a clock on the wall
- Put up signs saying the area is monitored, and leave people guessing where the cameras are and how many there are
- Choose a vandal-resistant outdoor camera for areas at high risk of damage

Home CCTV and your neighbours
You can use CCTV to protect your home, but if your cameras capture images beyond your own boundary, such as a neighbour’s garden, a shared driveway or the street, data protection law applies to you. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidance is to:
- point cameras at your own property as far as possible, and use privacy masking where you can
- put up a sign saying CCTV is in use
- keep recordings secure and delete them regularly
- be able to respond if someone who appears in your footage asks for it

Intruder Alarm Installation
